Ra煤l Alarc贸n joined us in 1983 as an account executive and has been our President and a director since October 1985 and our Chief Executive Officer since June 1994. On November 2, 1999, Mr. Alarc贸n became our Chairman of the board of directors and continues as our Chief Executive Officer and President. Currently, Mr. Alarc贸n is responsible for our long-range strategic planning and operational matters and is instrumental in the acquisition and related financing of each of our stations. Mr. Alarc贸n is the son of Pablo Ra煤l Alarc贸n, Sr.
